“Your company and its employees never fail to amaze me. I had a client who moved to Mooresville yesterday. She did not know anyone in this town and reached out to us several weeks ago in search for a power wheelchair lift for her 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer.
Due to the narrow opening of the Trailblazer’s lift gate, there are very few options. I reached out to Mobility Innovations and started working with Sonya and Tyler. After several conversations with Tyler, he informed me he had just completed a prototype fitting for a similar vehicle/power wheelchair combination. We discussed the possibility and determined with minor user adjustments this could work.
Since the fitting was not in production by Autochair at the initial call, Tyler was able to work with them, get the 2022 Trailblazer fitting approved and our lift shipped out within days.
We were able to get the lift installed yesterday; just over 3 weeks from initial conversations to completion.
